Their house blend (their only blend!) is inspired by both the classic Italian espresso recipe and the contemporary third wave coffee movement. They roast each of the three origins separately and then blend them together after the roasting process.

The Brazilian and Honduras Arabica beans make up the majority of this blend and the Indian Robusta bean adds extra caffeine and crema.
