We offer freshly made smoothies (in-store), high quality supplements, natural and organic foods, natural and organic  baby products, natural and organic body care products, and eco-friendly items.  Our focus is bringing in the best quality products to save you from having to research.  We also aim to purchase locally where we have found many top quality products - including na&co nut products, rND Bakery bread products, Tiny Tree Wood Co, all which are made here in Smiths Falls.  We do feature other top quality products from elsewhere in Lanark, the rest of Ontario, Canada and the rest of the world. 

Curbside pickup is provided free at the store and Delivery is available to anywhere in Canada.

We are open from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and from 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays for family time.
